Text: A senior HR Advisor is required on a contract basis to start straight away. Our client is has a portfolio of blue chip clients nationwide and overseas with a turnover of circa £650 million per annum. As a people business employing over 5500 personnel. The role purpose: Deliver a professional and high quality International HR service to the International business worldwide. Lead the outbound' and return' processes for all international assignees in line with the International Staff Charter and the HR Strategy. Lead and coordinate UK inbound' processes. Actively support and provide advice and guidance to International Business Managers in all HR related matters. Skills Required: (Knowledge / qualifications / experience) Previous experience within an International HR team, and a fast-paced environment. Previous international compensation experience. Demonstrable competence in delivering an International HR service. Understanding and experience in managing global immigration requirements and tax/ social security issues. CIPD accreditation (or equivalent).
