My client based in Nottingham is seeking a HR Officer with experience of working within a busy, fast-paced and manufacturing environment. Joining a team of 3 you will be part of the senior management team, responsible for two busy sites in Nottingham. Key Accountabilities: Manage the recruitment of permanent and temporary staff, including induction and training of new staff. Dealing with Trade Union representatives and liasing with shop floor workers operating the machinery. Working closely with Health & Safety and Occupational advisers. Advising managers and senior members of staff regarding disciplinary and grievance issues. You must be CIPD qualified or have similar experience working within the manufacturing industry. Salary: Between £25,000 - £28,000 + bens
