BIS Analyst: Human Resources
£30,000 to £33,000 plus An Excellent Benefits Package
Based in Edinburgh
Ellis Fairbank Human Resources Division places HR professionals across Scotland and the UK.
Our client, an international financial services organisation, has a requirement for a BIS Manager. Leading a team of 6 in Scotland and England, you will be responsible for overseeing production of reports and, checking data quality, managing the distribution of work across the team, liaising with senior-level customers to create and deliver appropriate reports, analysing trends, and undertaking operational reporting activities. You will also provide coaching and guidance to your direct reports.
You must have a background in MI, line management experience, and be proficient in Excel and Access.
