The Background
This leading specialist support service provider, which enjoys unrivalled success within their area of the market, is experiencing substantial growth and is looking for a HR Advisor. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to support a successful area of the business with focus being on sustaining business growth and development.
The Responsibilities
The primary focus of this role is to provide a generalist HR service to the business across the site in a stand-alone position. This is an integral role in acting as the primary interface on all HR and people issues whilst encompassing all duties attached with the position. Providing diverse HR functions to c400 employees your role will include employment law, employee relations, policy & procedures, training & development and all other generalist areas. You will build and maintain effective working relationships with line managers and clients.
Due to the size and structure of the organisation, you will support different types of change management and organisational restructure including merger and acquisition, redundancies and TUPE transfer.
The Professional
Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent you will have a background within the Retail, Hospitality or Leisure arenas. A forward thinking and creative style and approach is needed if the candidate is to be successful within the role as the environment is fast-paced and often requires a level of adaptability at times. Working within this ever-changing and challenging environment you will have experience with mergers and acquisitions, TUPE and change management. Experience of managing HR issues within a large business area is a must.
