An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Resourcing Consultant to join a leading organisation based in Essex. The main purpose of this role will be to work with the business to enable them to meet their operational resourcing needs and to provide a consistent and cost effective recruitment process. The role will also include maintaining the candidate journey through to induction and reducing new starter attrition through regular focus groups and implementing improvement plans.
Key responsibilities –
•Liaise with external suppliers to co-ordinate high volume recruitment campaigns.
•Monitor external supplier performance against agreed KPI's.
•Manage recruitment selection events.
•Work with the business to establish new starter retention plans.
•Liaise all parts of the business and HR to ensure co-ordination of the volume recruitment delivery.
•Co-ordinate and attend selection days.
•Ensure relevant weekly and monthly management information is produced.
•Manage and improve the internal permanent and agency recruitment processes.
The ideal candidate for this role must have previous experience of end-to-end volume recruitment in a large demanding customer-focussed organisation. You must also be driven by tight deadlines and have the ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business. Experience in managing external suppliers, including monitoring SLA compliance is also a must.
