Job Description

Our client needs a Senior HR Advisor to manage change and modernization program for HR policies. Looking at Employee Relations policies such as disciplinary, grievance, sickness management, you will require a good knowledge of employment law. Supporting the Principal HR Advisor this is an excellent opportunity to utilise your experience in a challenging and demanding ER role.

This project role will require you to advise your client group on all Employee Relations matters. Working closely with the management team and the Principal HR Advisor you will help to improve the HR strategy, policy and procedures. This will include promoting best practise, providing guidance and advice to managers on individual cases, policies and procedures, as well as working on a variety of projects.

To be successful in this role you will need previous experience at HR Advisor level, as well as being confident in using your own judgement to deal with day to day activity. You will be CIPD qualified or working towards your qualification, have excellent communication and negotiation skills and being able to devise solutions to key business issues quickly. This role is a 3 month contract/temp with a start towards the beginning of June.
