Job Description

My client is a well known and successful organisation who currently requires a HR Officer to work in a team of 3 Advisors, reporting into the HR Manager. Supporting over 400 staff, this is a real employee relations biased role where duties will include managing and conducting disciplinaries and grievances, writing and implementing policies and procedures, training and coaching staff on performance management. You will have strong employee relations experience and have proven experience of writing and implementing policies and procedures and be able to identify key issues and implement solutions. You will ideally be CIPD qualified and have exposure to tribunals and be very commercially aware. You will be able to liaise and influence at all levels and take an autonomous approach to your work.
