As HR Consultant, you will develop and manage a team of people that provide business / functional support services within this joint venture between one of the UKs leading business services organisations and a North West Borough Council.
This would include production and analysis of Management Information reports, performance management, system, process and service development, supporting new business migrations / on boarding and service improvement initiatives as well as managing special service improvement projects and leading on employee and citizen engagement plans.
The successful candidate will have experience in the following areas:
1. negotiating commercial contracts
2. TUPE, on-boarding and change management
3. managing budgets and producing business plans
4. managing client and employee relationships at a senior level
5. performance management
