Named one of the UK’s coolest brands, this leading manufacturing organisation are looking for an experienced HR professional to take the lead on implementing and developing HR and Training systems.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will provide first line support for recruitment, disciplinaries and absence. You will be responsible for developing the internal training system and coordinating the new starter induction process. You will also support the development of the organisations learning and development initiatives, providing expertise and support on the identification and appropriate resolution of the companies learning needs.
The Candidate
With HR and training experience you will ideally be from a manufacturing background with the ability to communicate at all levels. You will have strong I.T. skills, with experience of developing a HR database and the ability to implement HR policies and procedures across the business.
