My client, based in Greater Manchester is a market leader in the manufacturing and distribution of food. Bucking the current trend, my client is continuing to grow despite the economic downturn. In order to support this growth, they are currently recruiting a HR Manager who will be responsible for the continued expansion of the HR Department and raising the profile of HR within this growing organisation. Day to day responsibilities will include: * Supporting and coaching Line Managers on all ER issues * Succession Planning * Talent and Performance Management * Managing a growing team of 3 HR Advisors The ideal candidate will preferably be from the food manufacturing industry or similar with a proven track record of Generalist experience. An up to date understanding of Employment Law and current HR trends is crucial. In return my client is offering up to £40,000 plus ancillary benefits.
