THE BACKGROUND
This is a unique opportunity to join this forward thinking organisation and implement HR policies and procedures that will play a pivotal role in the future development of the business.
This is a generalist role covering the whole HR spectrum with a specific focus on performance management, absence management and disciplinaries and grievances. You will also be involved in future projects from recruitment and training, to implementing cultural change programmes.
THE PERSON
You will be CIPD qualified and educated to degree level with experience at senior HR level. From a manufacturing or fast paced background you will have experience within an unionised environment and the ability to communicate at all levels. With experience of handling high volume employee relation’s casework, you will be business focussed and have lots of drive and energy to make things happen. In return you will get the opportunity to use your creativity and flair to really make a difference within this groundbreaking business.
