My client is a US owned business who offer a unique service to organisations across the globe. As a result of recent growth they are currently looking to recruit an Interim Training and Recruitment Advisor for an initial period of 12 months. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will take responsibility for managing the Recruitment into the organisation and the training and development for the 400 plus employees. You will take responsibility for delivering soft skill training to the Management population as well as conducting a full training needs analysis and managing third party suppliers to provide the training. You will also be responsible for recruiting up to middle management managing the relationship with agencies, negotiating rates, communicating positions, ensure all Job descriptions are up to date and conducting initial interviews with line managers through to offer stage. Ideally CIPD Qualified, you will have previous experience of both recruitment and soft skills training. You will have excellent organisational and planning skills and communicate effectively.
