My client is a subsidiary of a larger organisation and is currently looking to recruit an experienced Interim Senior HR Officer for a period of 3 months. Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for providing an efficient, proactive and confidential HR service to the site in line with company policy and current legislation.
You will have responsibility for day to day HR including management of the recruitment process, employee relations, provision of advice and guidance on company policies and procedures, health and safety and training and development.
CIPD qualified with previous generalist HR experience in a unionised environment, you will be an effective communicator at all levels. This position is to start as soon as possible and could go permanent for the right candidate.
