Our client, a public sector sporting organisation have an immediate requirement for an interim HR Officer for a minimum period of 3 months. Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for providing a full comprehensive day to day professional HR service to employees and line managers.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
You will need to be CIPD qualified or equivalent, with proven experience of working within HR. You must also possess extensive knowledge of HR matters in particular employee relations, performance/attendance management and be confident in handling difficult and varied issues along with experience of running payroll on a monthly basis and liaising with payroll providers.
