As a result of a number of changes to the business, my client is looking for an Interim Senior HR advisor for an initial period of 3 months and coould potentially go permanent for the right candidate.
Working in the business you will take day to day responsibility for all HR queries and issues. You will liaise with managers providing advice and guidance on disciplinary, grievances, recruitment and selection, policies and procedures, You will also take responsibility for management information and reporting back to the business as well as recruitment and selection from conception to delivery.
As an experienced HR generalist you will have previous HR experience of working within a demanding and changing business. This position will be to start immediately for an initial period of 3 months.
