The Role
Working closely with the head of the UK business, you will enjoy a blend of strategic and operational HR. Your role will encompass driving the UK people agenda, but also driving learning and development activities across the European offices.

• Recruitment and selection
• Compensation & benefits
• Be involved with M&A activity
• Develop, implement and evaluate a training programme to support employee development
• Revise the suite of HR policies and procedures for the UK business
The Person
This role is pivotal to the growth of the UK business, so candidates will be of the highest calibre. The successful candidate is likely to:
• Have a proven track record in providing a professional HR generalist service to a forward thinking, expanding business
• Be experienced in the end to end recruitment process
• Be fully conversant with all aspects of UK employment law
• Be CIPD qualified
• Be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
