My client is one of the UK's leading food Manufacturers; they are now looking for a HR Generalist with previous experience of working in the Manufacturing/Engineering or Logistics arena.
The role encompasses all employee relations including absenteeism, sickness, disciplinary and grievance procedures, training and coaching and other HR related projects. You will provide support, coaching and training to line managers in the recruitment and selection of employees as well as employee relations and identifying training needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to progress their HR career to the next level.
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre or equivalent with solid generalist HR experience, you will have the ability to influence and communicate at all levels and have a strong drive for delivering results. Previous Union exposure is essential for this role.
