Senior HR Officer required for a temporary contract in Manchester city centre. My client is looking for a highly motivated self-starter, with the ability to build relationships and work independently with a degree of autonomy. Reporting to the HR Manager you will provide a full range of generalist advice and guidance to managers and staff on a wide variety of issues including employee relations, absence and performance management, recruitment, benefits and assist with payroll. Candidates should be fully CIPD qualified with a solid HR background and have comprehensive and up to date knowledge of employment legislation and statutory benefits. There will be responsibility for an HR Assistant as well as the opportunity to attend meetings and take the lead on a variety of exciting projects.
