HR Advisor role to join a busy HR Team within a National Organisation. The role is based in Portsmouth on a 10 month Contract paying £16.00 per hour (full time equiv salary £31,200p/a)
Our client is looking for a HR Professional who will contribute to the provision of an HR Account Team service delivering a customer focused quality service to the business. You would need to avise and provide guidance on policy & procedures to Managers and Supervisors as well as develop and implement HR Policy and practices and meet business needs.
It is essential that you support and deliver recruitment and selection processes and procedures and actively participate in HR Projects that support business delivery and support Comapny People Strategy.
