HR Advisor
A fantastic company in Basingstoke is seeking a proactive HR Advisor with strong generalist knowledge and significant TUPE experience. This role will be primarily based in Basingstoke, although there is a requirement to attend other locations. It is anticipated that up to 2 days a week will be spent in other offices in the UK.
Role responsibilities:
- Day to day management of employee relations for part of the 600 plus strong multisite operation, with support from Central HR services
- HR experience essential with the majority as a generalist, within a busy environment
- Support to line management and staff on all HR activities including recruitment, training and development, performance and reward
Person specification:
- Significant TUPE experience would be an advantage, as would a good knowledge of employment law
- HR experience essential with the majority as a generalist, within a busy environment
- IT skills including HR database, Excel and report writing would be an advantage
- Client focused, strong team player, with ability to build effective working partnerships quickly
