A world leader within the telecommunications industry is on the lookout for someone within their HR Services Team. You will support the HR system along with the processes that support the main policies and activities which have an impact on HR Admin and the payroll procedures.
In this busy and varied role you will be involved in managing the day to day relationships with the shared service centre, co-ordinating error issues, support HR business partners by decreasing and driving down cost by standardising processes and looking at new ways to improve processes and procedures.
You will also have the chance to design new processes, have involvement in project work and support the drive for operational excellence.
You will need a minimum of 3 years experience in either a shared services or HR business processing re-engineering role, scoping and managing HR related projects is desirable. You will also need to have technical experience in Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Excellent company to be a part of and a great opportunity to shape the way it operates.
