HR Advisor
An exciting opportunity has arisen in a dynamic, fast-paced company operating on a global scale.
Role Responsibilities:
- The role requires an HR generalist advisor, supporting the UK & Ireland management team on a wide range of HR related matters.
- General employee relations issues including absence management, diciplinaries, grievances & performance issues
- Management of all aspects of recruitment & selection
- Strategic review & implementation of HR procedures & policies
- Delivering learning & development training
- Reporting Managers on various HR issues
- Payroll preparation
The ideal candidate:
- Experience within an HR Advising role
- Effective, confident communicator
- Excellent organizational skills
- Self-managing, taking initiative when necessary
- Flexible to travel
