My client it looking to recruit a process orientated HR Advisor to support the business/HR team with the HR System (HRMS) and processes that support the main policies and activities which have an impact HR Admin/payroll procedure. The main focus of the role is to: Manage the day to day relationship with the Shared Service Centre Assist and support the implementation of new or updating HR processes based on business requirements, policies and ways of working Update and maintain policy/process documentation, updating the HR website and forms as necessary Designing new processes when additional initiatives are introduced and updating of existing processes when required. Support communication of key changes to relevant parties Support HRBP HR Services to work with the SSC to support improvement in ways of working Participation in relevant working parties when changes to processes are being discussed Update HR Intranet with relevant process documentation, forms etc The ideal candidate profile will include: Minimum of 3 years HR experience in one or more of the following areas: HR Ops, Shared Services, HR Business Process re-engineering. Scoping and managing HR related projects is desirable. Preparation of process and project documentation. Quality and detail focussed. Excellent organisational and project management skills. Technical - Excel, PowerPoint and Word all to a good standard; experience of updating Intranet pages would be useful. Experience of working with Visio and MS Project would be desirable.
