CALLING HR ADVISORS SEEKING PROGRESSION AND DEVELOPMENT ISLE OF WIGHT

Due to their success and ambitious growth plans, the opportunity has arisen for two talented HR advisors to join the team on the Isle of Wight.

You will play a pivotal role in the companies strategy to attract and retain skilled, determined and visionary people and will contribute to and enhance their position as no.1 in modern energy.

Responsibilities will include:

Recruitment
Salary tracking and benchmarking
Employee Relations
Talent management and development
HR Administration
Management Reporting

Ideally you will be CIPD accredited or working towards with experience using SAP HR. Solid recruitment experience, with emphasis on the recruitment of engineers would be particularly advantageous.

My client provides a free commute from Southampton on a daily basis.
