Job Title:HR Advisor are you looking for the difference? Location: Portsmouth Salary: c£25,000 c£30,000 + bens Ref: 20047/RP The Background A leading manufacturing / engineering organisation is currently seeking HR Advisor to provide general support to the HR Manager. The Role Key Accountabilities will include: Provide advice, guidance and support to the functions on HR strategy deployment To assist the business managers in developing and facilitating HR strategies which enhance business performance Monitor and manage the application of agreed reward and recognition policies within customer areas to ensure it is applied fairly, consistently and effectively. Actively contribute and where appropriate lead ad hoc HR projects in support of business boundaries The Person The successful candidate will be degree/CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with a broad generalist HR background with a strong knowledge of employment law. You will demonstrate first class interpersonal skills along with the ability to influence at a senior level and deliver creative HR solutions.
