Responsibilities
You will be a key member of the Human Resources department providing exceptional levels of service to all employees. You will champion the administration of the recruitment and selection process, maintain and manage the absence procedure and provide advice and guidance on all HR policies. The role will also provide the opportunity to get involved in some HR projects.
Person
An articulate and well-organised individual with good attention to detail, you will have strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as strong IT skills. You will have previous administration or recruitment experience with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
