My client has a great opportunity to join their team as an HR Manager for the shared services division. This role will adopt an HR Business Partner approach to support the business, adding value to the organisation. With a diverse client group across a number of sites, this position will be covering two key functions and the HR Manager will contribute to the management comities of these areas. Key responsibility areas: To provide functional leadership for the remuneration and benefits process To provide director and management teams with appropriate HR information Lead the Management "Resource Review", process Manage and deliver effective HR support and advice to the business and employees Provide support in dealing with Employee Relations including disciplinary and performance management issues across the areas The ideal candidate should be CIPD qualified and have previous experience as an HR Business Partner with a good level of professional knowledge across all key HR domains.
