Role Summary:
As an integral member of the HR team you will undertake a broad role, being both responsible for the site's information system and leading the site's Learning & Development function through a period of change. This will include training new users on the HR system and providing management reports whilst planning, organising and implementing training for the business and designing a formal process to train and assess operators to an agreed level of competence.
Individual Requirements:
- Ideally CIPD qualified
- Experience of administering and interrogating HR systems
- Experience of delivering training courses
- Good numeracy and highly developed analytical skills
- Commercial awareness and strong influencing and communication skills essential
