My client is keen to develop the talent of their people and release their potential, something born out by the creation of this HR Advisor vacancy following internal promotion of the previous encumbent.

As HR grows in prominence within the company, there is increasingly the need to bring aboard focused, business-oriented human resource professionals who can work with managers and staff alike to maximise business effectiveness.
If you are someone who has a clear view as to where you want to take your career, has a strong history as a full HR generalist in a demanding commercial environment, and who is confident making decisions and working with managers across a diverse business, then this is certainly a role for you. As the successful candidate, you should be CIPD qualified and flexible on travel. Although 2 days a week will be based from the office, the rest of the time you may be required to travel to other offices/projects in the region to ensure they are given an effective HR coverage.
Any commercial background will be considered, but one undergoing some sort of change would be ideal - experience of TUPE in this role would be perfect.
