This superb new role has arisen due to promotion/movement within my client, demonstrating that they are devoted to offering progression and development to their employees. Covering a region across the South (with sites varying according to the specific contracts/projects being carried out at the time) you will be a proactive representative of HR across the business, developing and empowering managers in HR best practice, while offering a full generalist support yourself. Key areas of focus will be: - Employee relations - TUPE - Training/development (insofar as working with site managers to continue their personal development, and identify needs on a particular site) - Recruitment/retention The role itself will be home-based, with the majority of your time spent at regional sites and at least one day a week spent at the group head office in Berkshire.
