My client, global blue chip business who are looking for a Strategic HR Business Partner to join the team due to a re-structure. This is a brand new role and will give you the opportunity to build credible relationships, implement new initiatives and really make a difference. As the HR Business Partner you will play a key role in providing a strategic and proactive HR service to employees and managers. You will be responsible for a diverse client group of approximately 1000 individuals at mid to senior level across all disciplines. You will be providing a strategic approach on a range of issues such as performance management, absence, management development, change management and restructuring. You will also be rolling out new initiatives and partnering with senior managers to influence and make necessary changes to meet business objectives.
