An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to work in the Midlands area. Working as part of a pro-active HR Team, you will provide support and guidance to staff across all levels.
Responsibilities:
•Provide operational face to face advise to staff
•Provide guidance with discipline and grievance as well as performance management
•Recruitment
•Employee Relations
•Implement and update policies and procedures
•Supporting various HR projects
Experience;
Proven experience of delivering on HR activity.
Likely to have or working towards CIPD qualifications or equivalent
Excellent communication skills - written and face to face
