Job Description

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Training Manager, this is an exciting role where you will be responsible for the overall training and development initiatives for the customer service function.


· Design and Deliver the Customer Services Training Strategy, linking into the Learning and Development Strategy across the UK and ensure the training output drives the overall objectives and direction of the Customer Services team.
· Build and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders across the business, ensuring their buy in to key initiatives and the overall strategy.
· Gain buy in through making yourself available to fully understand the ever changing business requirements at each site and adapt training initiatives accordingly.
· Develop content to best in class level, ensuring appropriate and regular research and networking is undertaken for benchmarking purposes.
· Lead, develop and manage the Customer Services Training team across the business, to design and deliver effective training solutions which enable the business to provide excellent customer service across all sites in a professional, consistent and cost effective manner.

Key Skills:

· Membership of professional body such as CIPD and/or proven experience working with external organisations is desirable. Understanding of training initiatives which will drive excellent customer service.
· Experience of working within a multi site organisation.
· Able to travel across all business locations regularly and provide one-company profile at all times.
· Learning and development background and experience essential, preferably within a customer services environment
· Able to articulate and demonstrate an excellent understanding of customer service.
· Able to create and develop high-performing teams.
