Job Description

Fast growing financial services organisation is in search of a HR Business Partner for a specific client group to plan and execute effective generalist HR practices and activities, so as to ensure that the Company provides a stimulating and vibrant working environment where people give of their best, feel valued and build successful long term careers


Key responsibilities:

• To develop a comprehensive plan for all recruitment and HR practices/activities, (covering all jobs and levels) required to meet the local business plans and budgets
• To develop a clear strategy for talent management including job profiling, objective setting, performance management, reward, relationships, communications, attendance and absence, discipline and grievance etc
• To support local management teams with advice and support on legislation, administration, relations, problem-solving, training and development and career management
• To ensure that all HR/people management practices are compliant with employment legislation, regulatory standards and utilise best practice where appropriate
• To build strong and professional relationships with line managers and team leaders including developing and coaching them in HR/people management best practice
• To keep complete and accurate records of all HR activities including the management of local HR database via the HRIS and all personnel files
• To work closely with the HR Team across the Group and transfer best practice and continuous improvement ideas

You will have proven experience as a HR generalist in a dynamic, fast paced and pressurised environment, with strong academics and be CIPD qualified/or equivalent. Your generalist HR experience will cover end to end recruitment, employee relations and HR projects. Naturally, strong communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships are also required.
