Reporting into the HR Director and sitting on the HR Management team, this role will see you take responsibility for managing the HR team, driving performance and raising the general capability of HR, as well as setting the people agenda alongside the HR Director. Through forging close ties with the business, you will identify the commercial need and align HR solutions accordingly. Plus, with growth a key deliverable on the agenda at present, managing and implementing recruitment and change management initiatives will form key elements of the role.
As such, suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate a strong foundation in generalist delivery as well as excellent man management skills. First class relationship management skills, a strong team ethic and a commercial approach are all vital for the successful candidate. Some travel to sites in London and Bristol will also be required.
