A highly successful multi national manufacturing organisation is currently recruiting for a HR Manager to work across one of its divisions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who is looking to take the next step and progress their HR career. The emphasis will be to facilitate, plan and provide initiatives to align HR Best Practice with the Companies strategic business objectives.
As HR Manager you will have the opportunity to provide a full and professional HR service to the client base. This will encompass HR strategy, selection, employee relations, performance management, remuneration and employee development.
You will be of graduate calibre and/or CIPD qualified. Relevant HR experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment is desirable. A high level of business awareness, good communication skills and good leadership skills are essential.
