Human Resources Advisor / HR Officer
Watford, Hertfordshire
Up to £30,000 per annum plus Benefits, including 28 days' annual leave and an excellent pension scheme
Exciting things are happening as our client becomes established as a Community Gateway, taking on the ownership and management of the Local Borough Council's housing stock.
Due to these recent changes, the company are currently looking for an exceptional HR practitioner to join the company on a permanent basis.
The post holder will support the Head of HR in providing an effective and customer focussed service to all departments. This is a challenging end-to-end generalist role in which you will act as the management point of contact for all HR issues. You will be responsible for providing a high quality and comprehensive HR support, with a particular emphasis on recruitment, employee relations and project based work designed to further develop the HR systems and procedures.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified with a good knowledge of employment law and modern HR practices. They are looking for an individual with the ability to prioritise, organise and manage a diverse and challenging workload. You will need to be a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with which to engage and influence at different levels of the organisation.
