Job No: J1066 Job Title:Interim HR Advisor 6 Months Salary: To £28,000 Location:Hemel Hempstead Our client is growing! That's right they are growing, handsomely and in this market as well. So we have been asked to look for some extra resource to augment their HR busy team. Initially on an interim (6 month) basis we are looking for a CIPD qualified (or nearly qualified) HR professional to come onboard straight away. Pure and simple this is a generalist opportunity supporting a work force of about c600 so we are looking for someone who has good ER experience and has better than good Recruitment experience. You will be expected to lead the Recruitment piece over the next 6 months which will include running assessment centres, conducting interviews, managing suppliers etc. As our client has increased its staff by 100% each year for the last 4 years this is clearly an important element of the role. Whilst this is an interim assignment there is every chance that the successful candidate will find that their contract is either extended or made permanent after the initial contract is over.
