An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Reward Analyst to join an organisation based in Hertfordshire who is a European leader in its field. The main purpose of this role is to provide analytical support and advice to the HR function and to the business and also to undertake some specialist project work.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a good background in Compensation and Benefits, ideally gained in a fast moving corporate environment. You will also have an excellent working knowledge of Excel and Word packages and have strong analytical skills. A strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate at all levels is also essential for this role.
Key responsibilities –
•Provide advice and guidance to the HR community and the business on compensation and benefits issues.
•Project work on renewal/replacements of benefits, Total Reward Statements and the annual pay review.
•Perform external market benchmark exercises to assess the competitiveness of current rewards package.
•Design and production of complex reports.
•Build effective, business focused relationships with managers and colleagues
•Manage relationships with external market data providers.
