My client, a large organisation based in Hertfordshire is looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their team. The role will be based within a team of qualified HR staff and would be an excellent opportunity for someone to enhance and broaden their generalist experience. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent people skills and a strong understanding of employment law. You will also ideally be CIPD qualified and have previous experience in a Generalist role. This position will have a focus on employee relations so previous working experience of dealing with complex and layered casework would be an advantage. Key responsibilities Dealing with complex and layered employee relations issues. Absence and sickness management. Recruitment campaigns. Assisting with learning and development.
