Job Title: HR Officer Making the difference Location: Inverness Salary: Market Rate Ref: 20866/RP The Background This leading consultancy organisation is currently seeking a HR offer to play an integral part in advising support a specific business unit. The Role Supporting c300 employees ensuring effective case management within the service centres you will be responsible for: Providing advice and guidance on HR solutions, always promoting best practice also managing disciplinary and grievance Absence management, performance management and implementation of new policies and procedures Managing ad-hoc projects and initiatives such as, roll out of performance review etc The Person Of graduate calibre with proven experience in a generalist HR role and have the proven ability to prioritise and proactively manage multiple HR cases. You will need to have strong MS Office skills and be an excellent problem solver with the ability to influence.
