Our client is a prestigious financial organisation looking to recruit a HR Manager for their Geneva office.
Reporting to the Global Head of HR you will be responsible for all HR duties working within a small team.
Activities include: working strategically with business stakeholders on recruitment to ensure long and short business goals are met, supporting expatriate staff, advising on all C&B matters, coaching line managers in the effective management and development of their staff and management responsibility of an HR administrator.
This is a truly rewarding role working within a global, forward thinking HR team.
Previous Swiss ER experience advantageous.
