The Company One of the leading Oil businesses in the Middle East with a reputation for excellence is now looking for a key individual. You will look after all aspects of the srategic direction of HR in the region The Role As HR manager you will be responsible for the following Develop all HR processes across the group Provide all the line managers with guidance on Hiring,training, best practise, performance management and discipline processes. Manage a coach the local team Responsible for all government relation All aspects of the HR process and procedures The Person You will have at least 8 years HR experience preferably within the Middle East. A cultural understanding of the region and people is essential. We are only accepting applicants with a western education and with at least 8 years in a recognised corporate organisation.
