This Public sector organisation based in Kent is looking for a HR professional to join their busy team. The role will support the HR Business partners in providing a high quality HR service to the designated client group. You will act as a focal point for managers on all operational HR issues particularly employee relations and TUPE matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for a HR advisor to further their career in an interesting and busy HR environment. The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and have a proven track record of delivering HR advice and guidance to manager and staff. Public Sector experience is essential.
