Our client, a National Charity, is looking to recruit a proactive and dynamic HR Business Partner / HR Manager on a part-time (3 days per week) basis to provide wide ranging generalist HR support to a regional client base. The post holder will deliver a comprehensive, customer focused and high quality HR service to the Central Division, working with Divisional Senior Teams to maximise the skills, knowledge, performance and contribution of all staff. They will develop, revise and implement HR policies, procedures and processes and take a lead on Equality and diversity issues. The successful candidate will have a generalist HR background within a multi-site, customer focused organisation. They must have experience in providing advice on employment issues and relevant legislation, developing and implementing policies, and promoting workforce diversity. You should ideally be a graduate CIPD or studying towards the qualification, with equivalent HR experience.
