My client, a successful and growing business is looking to recruit a Senior HR Advisor to join their existing HR team. Working closely with the business for UK and Europe, you will be responsible for providing generalist HR support on a range of issues from recruitment, policies and employment law through to disciplinary and grievances. Key responsibilities will include: * Overseeing the recruitment and selection and implementing effective working methods * Advise managers on complex HR issues and provide solutions as necessary * Manage employee relations issues * Involved with UK and overseas employment contracts * Manage communication on employment law updates * Maintain and develop the employee handbook * Overseeing monthly payroll * Developing the Oracle HRMS as required * Managing change - organisational restructures * Take an active part in the global HR group - sharing and implementing best practice Ideal candidate will have good generalist experience, be looking for a role where they can have exposure to UK and Europe. Previous European experience is not essential.
