An excellent opportunity has presented itself to join the HR team in a fast paced, rapidly expanding fashion and multiple retailer. This is a generalist role with an ER slant and offers room to grow your HR career within retail. Your role will be to: Support the Employee Relations Manager, Regional HR Managers, Area Managers and Store Managers in the delivery of the Retail Execution through the effective support and leadership of people by providing a proactive and professional HR Service in line with Company Policy and the Retail HR Service Level Agreement. Preferred experience: Working towards CIPD qualification 1-2 years previous experience in a retail HR team at Adviser level Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
