The Background
This growing organisation is currently seeking an experienced HR Officer to provide a forward thinking and first class operational HR service.
Providing a seamless service to their customers, they lead the industry through continuous improvement in the quality of their products and innovative marketing and brand awareness. This key role will involve managing the coordination of all people related activities and assisting with day-to-day people issues as they arise.
The Role
Working with the HR Manager you will assist with employer and employee related queries including, discipline, grievance, capability and performance management. You will also manage the recruitment process including, writing job descriptions, advertising, interviewing and offer management. You will conduct company TUPE transfers (in and out) inline with company policy, procedure and statutory guidelines.
The Person
Ideally CIPD qualified (or working towards) you will have experience of working within a fast paced busy HR environment. With strong experience of recruitment methods and processes, you will also have sound employment law knowledge with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise work effectively.
