The Background This multi-billion pound organisation is currently seeking to recruit a HR Team Leader to support the department and become a key figure in maintaining the efficiency of the HR Shared Service function. This is an exciting opening, as it will give you the opportunity to lead a team of HR Administrators and develop their skills and experiences whilst working for one of the most notorious organisations of their kind. The Role Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, youll enjoy an operational team leader role, coaching and developing the HR Administration team to meet the service levels and needs of the business. Youll manage all HR issues within the team, this will include all generalist tasks and taking a lead on disciplinary issues when required. All other team management responsibilities will be included, as you will need to ensure that the team continues to achieve at the highest level within the business. The Person Youll have previous experience of managing a team with the ability to coach and motivate individuals to achieve required results. You must be assertive and demonstrate the ability to give feedback and interact with employees at all levels. With experience of working within an operational environment youll have the ability to drive continuous improvement activities within the team.
