Job Description

My client is a leading organisation who delivers innovative solutions to clients across the globe. As a result of a number of different successes they are now seeking an Interim HR Officer to join the team to deliver a high quality commercially focussed HR service for an initial period of 3 months with a view to going permanent.

Reporting to the HR Manager and working alongside local managers you will be responsible for delivering the people strategy more effectively. You will challenge and implement working practices whilst dealing with day to day HR issues for your client group. You will deal with day to day employee relations, recruitment and selcetion, training and development and policy development. This is a highly unionised environment therefore you will have excellent inluencing and communication skills.

With HR experience and studying for your CIPD qualification, you will have proven project management skills, customer management skills and have previous experience of working in a complex environment.
